Postdoctoral Fellow

Student Event Planning Coordinator

Assist with logistics, travel, communications, and administrative work for center events. Events include conferences, international workshops, seminar series, lectures, and meetings. Tasks may include reserving meeting space, ordering catering, posting event announcements, assisting with travel reservations, preparing meeting materials, building target lists, monitoring registration, facilitating event evaluations, and reconciling expenses.
